Started Season 3 of Close Your Eyes this year after delaying it a lot. The mystery has gotten way deeper and paranormal and I've started to mix up and forget the characters. I'll need to keep notes to keep track and make sense of the story.

I finally got around to listening to Madeon's Victory album. This album is very loud and agressive compared to Madeon's other music. It reminded me of Madeon's secret EP Celine that he put out alongside Good Faith. You have hard hyperpop basses and loud punchy drums. But you still get that Madeon dance music vibe and his signature formant shifted vocals. There are also a couple tracks that could've easily been on a Porter Robinson album.

This is a visually stunning film. And Hugh Jackman is a sadboi in this one. Check out my review here.

This year I finally decided to read the Dark Tower series. This series has been on my TBR for the last fifteen years. I'm currently going through this and you can check out my thoughts on it here.

This band was a surprising new discovery for me this year. This album is a great follow-up to the first one, which I also listened to, but I like this one more. Highlights from this album for me are Mascara and Afterthought.
